Anders Wilhelmson nominated to Änglamarkspriset
April 27, 2012
Peepoople’s founder Anders Wilhelmson is nominated to the highly prestigious Swedish prize Änglamarkspriset for his invention the Peepoo and for the work that Peepoople is conducting. The focus of Änglamarkspriset this year is responsibility for the environment combined with a large social engagement.
The prize aims to give attention to people, national or international, who through their ideas and projects are taking responsibility for the environment and who have a great social commitment. This year Änglamarkspriset is looking for sustainable social entrepreneurs – enthusiasts who work for a sustainable society that allows care for the vulnerable to be an important part of the work.
The public can vote for their favorite finalist and become part of the voice of the people on the jury.
Winners are presented in June. The jury consists of representatives of the families Tage Danielsson, Hans Alfredson and Sven Bertil Taube and staff from the COOP, as well as the people’s vote. The jury will then select the winners featured in early June.
